How much does a Hermosa wine box cost?

Wine boxes are priced on request depending on the box tier and quantity — Classic, Premium or Luxury. Contact us for current pricing. All boxes are delivered to your apartment in Los Gigantes at no extra delivery charge. Every guest with a reservation will receive a link to a Guest Order Portal where they can request their experiences with a more accurate indication into pricing.

Do you offer a non-alcoholic wine box option?

Yes. All wine experience boxes are available in a fully non-alcoholic version. The Kids Box is also available and includes local juice, Canarian snacks, colouring pencils and a small surprise — perfect for younger guests.

Can I customise the wine selection?

Yes — all boxes can be made with all white wine, all red, rosé, a mixed selection, or fully non-alcoholic. Just tell us your preference when you order and we'll build the box around your taste.

Is the wine tasting held at my apartment in Los Gigantes?

Yes — the private wine tasting experience is brought directly to your apartment. It can also be arranged at an exclusive local venue in Los Gigantes or South Tenerife on request.

How far in advance do I need to order?

Wine boxes require at least 24 hours notice before your arrival time. For the private wine tasting, 24 hours is also recommended. For the private chef experience, please allow at least 48 hours so the menu can be prepared properly.

Are wine experiences available year-round in Tenerife?

Yes — all wine experiences including the wine boxes, private tasting and private chef are available year-round at all Hermosa Rentals properties in Los Gigantes and South Tenerife.
