The days of noisy buffets, all-you-can-drink bracelets and overcrowded resorts are behind us. More and more travellers are looking for something quieter, more intentional. A place where they can slow down, breathe deeply and soak in the beauty of their surroundings — without compromising on comfort.
That's exactly what inspired us to start Hermosa Rentals.
Living on this island and working in real estate, we kept meeting people like us: looking for refined stays, not party scenes. People who value design and comfort, but also care about where they spend their money. People who prefer lazy mornings with ocean views, dinners on a quiet terrace and discovering the island's hidden corners at their own pace.

Steffi Meeuwes
Steffi was the one who felt what Hermosa could become before it had a name. Together with Bart she turned that feeling into a real business — properties, guests, owners, operations, all of it built from scratch with personality and care. Her creative instinct shapes how Hermosa looks and feels. Her drive is half the reason it keeps growing. Without her, none of this exists in quite the same way.

Bart was the one who knew how to make it real. Together with Steffi he built Hermosa from the ground up — the properties, the systems, the owner relationships, all of it. His technical eye keeps every property in perfect shape. His strategic thinking is the other half of the reason the portfolio keeps growing. Without him, none of this runs in quite the same way.

Manuela Molinari
Manuela is the heart of our on-the-ground operations — the first face many guests see and the person who makes sure every apartment is exactly as it should be before they arrive. Her 5-star heart and soul shows in everything she does. More than one guest review has mentioned her by name — and that says everything.

Every property we manage goes through the same process: we visit, we assess, we plan. We look at the light, the furniture, the bathroom amenities, the view from every window.
It's only when we're satisfied that a property meets our standard that we accept it into the collection. And once it's in, we maintain that standard every single day — not just at the start of a tenancy.
For owners, that means your asset is always in the best possible shape. For guests, it means the apartment looks exactly like the photos — and usually better.
