Guests & Visitors The number of guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in your booking. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. Day visitors are welcome but must be agreed in advance.
No Parties or Events The property and complex is for residential use as well. Parties, events and large gatherings are not permitted. We ask that you respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 09:00.
No Pets We love animals but unfortunately pets are not permitted at this property.
No Smoking Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. A designated outdoor area is available. A deep-cleaning fee will apply if this rule is not respected.
Pool & Outdoor Areas The private pool is for the exclusive use of registered guests.
Please shower before entering the pool. Children must be supervised at all times.
Property & Furnishings Please treat the property with care. Furniture and items may not be moved between floors or taken outside. Towels and bed linen provided are for indoor use only — please do not use them at the beach or pool deck.
Waste & Recycling Please separate waste and use the bins provided. The local municipality appreciates recycling — we'll explain where everything goes on arrival.
Keys & Access You are responsible for the keys or access code during your stay. Lost keys will be subject to a replacement fee.
Damage & Breakages Accidents happen — please just let us know immediately. We appreciate honesty and will always handle it fairly.
Energy & Water Please switch off lights, air conditioning and appliances when leaving the property. Tenerife is an island — water and energy conservation matter here.
Security Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Hermosa Rentals accepts no liability for loss of personal belongings.
Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is charged at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is automatically charged 7 days before check-in. Your security deposit is pre-authorised (not charged) by your bank 2 days before check-in. If no damages are reported, the pre-authorisation is automatically released 3 days after check-out.
